we have a walmart, but it's too far so we don't go. However when I looked at this site I couldn't believe the astounding numbers of mullets Razz

now some of these pictures I'm like OMG no way that's gross people actually wear those clothes like that?? and here I am with Leafer and we always complain about the trashiness of the people at Value village. I stand corrected. Walmart beats Value Village hands down.

People of Walmart Empty Re: People of Walmart

Well I have not seen many people at our Walmart that dress weird. And I agree that the finger nails are definelately weird. There are always a few weird people in most any large shopping area. I think they do stuff like that for attention and I just ignore them.

As far as trashy goes... well that would depend on the viewers point of view. What may seem trashy to some may not to others. I dont care for the white dress that female is wearing but it is her choice not mine if she wants to wear it.

And sometimes people are just too poor to dress well, but if they are clean then I dont look down on them. Or maybe they would rather dress comfortable. What ever, I tend to pay more attention to the type of person "under the cloths".

I normally wear just my old jeans and a cat t-shirt (no bra) to Walmart... along with my slippers that I have to wear. I prefer to be comfortable. I would look even weirder wearing nice clothes and slippers. Laughing And if people think I am trashy ... oh well so be it.

true...but when you're wearing jeans 3 sizes too small with your spare tires hanging out...don't think that's too comfortable.. that's probably like wearing a corset!

People of Walmart Empty Hmm....

Post by Flyvapnet Wed Sep 02, 2009 3:48 am

Well, at least the gal with the mega-fingernails isn't the nervous type! Still, though, it's a bit much.... Everybody else looks fine to me, apart from that guy with the ex-convict haircut. I see them all the time on bus route 72, which I have to use when cat-food and grocery shopping.

That route touches the neighborhood nicknamed Felony Flats; and it's where guys who look like the one in the photograph get on and off the bus. But the guy in the picture doesn't have enough tattoos to be an ex-convict, so he's probably just a "wannabe."

Basically, I've reached that age where I don't give a rip how I look in public. When I was younger, I strove to look nice; but nowadays ... not so much.

Very Happy
